Melinda Shaughnessy is a seasoned real estate veteran with 12 years of experience serving customers in Southwest Florida. A sales associate with the Marco Island office of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, Melinda is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®.
With a background in custom-home building and design. Melinda previously worked in new home sales for Ashton Woods Homes at the Fiddler’s Creek community in Naples. She opened and sold out the neighborhood between 2014 and 2022, earning several awards for new home sales. Before her time at Fiddler’s Creek, Melinda was the assistant of new home sales for Sunset Builders.
Hailing from Knox, Pennsylvania, Melinda earned a degree in marketing and fashion merchandising from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is married to fellow Premier Sotheby’s International Realty associate Cullen Shaughnessy and they are raising their two daughters, Isabella and Kelsey, on Marco Island. In her time outside of the office, she enjoys boating, playing tennis, traveling with her husband and daughters, and taking long walks with the family’s dog, Sadie.
